Saskatoon Transportation Link Ltd. (STL)
is the only inland port in Saskatoon with the ability
to provide full access to all major distribution channels the province has to offer.
Our STL commercial land development is privately owned by five partners with a vision to open up additional transportation routes. Located 12 minutes from Saskatoon, the 750-acre rail park is zoned “heavy industrial holding” and will appeal to customers simply looking to relocate, start a new venture, potentially access dual rail service (CN & CP) and/or bypass challenges and costs of urban development. The land lends itself readily to a multiplicity of uses.
Stuart Busse
President
Stuart Busse was called to the Bar in 1971 after convocation from the University of Saskatchewan. Stuart has extensive experience in many areas of law including litigation, family law, private corporate, commercial, criminal, wills, trust wills, estate planning, and real estate.
Monte Gorchinski
Vice President
Monte Gorchinski is a founding Director and current Secretary-Treasurer for the company. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and an experienced business advisor to boards and senior management of private enterprises on business strategic, governance and financial matters.
Laurie Bradley
Director
Educated at the University of Saskatchewan, Laurie Bradley has owned and operated a truck and equipment business for over 40 years. Part of his success portfolio includes several business park developments in the Saskatoon area. As Director and Chief Operating Officer of STL, he is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of the company.
Monte Allan
Director
Monte Allan started working in the construction business after graduating high school in 1970. Local to the Saskatoon area, Monte launched Allan Construction in 1992 and has been a prominent business owner in Saskatoon ever since. In his free time, Monte likes to spend time at the cottage with his family.
Blaine Dubreuil
Director
Blaine Dubreuil is a founding Director for Saskatoon Transportation Link. As a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and CFO of Allan Construction in Saskatoon, Blaine serves as the current communications lead for STL. He has extensive construction and senior management experience.
